Culinary enthusiast Angela F. applauds Noodle Box Kitchen as one of the top 100 restaurants in the country, and it’s clear why. Whether you opt for the comforting hot pot, complete with all-you-can-eat ingredients, or the perfectly crafted dim sum, you're ensured a dining experience that is not only delicious but also memorable.

I was particularly enamored by the Shabu Shabu experience, where the communal style of cooking your meal at the table fosters a sense of connection and shared enjoyment. Each ingredient is fresh and meticulously prepared, allowing you to customize your dish just the way you like it.

As you savor your meal, the ambiance draws you in with its clean and cozy decor, creating a space that feels both casual and upscale. It’s a spot where you feel completely at home yet immersed in a culinary adventure.

We've been wanting to try this place for a long while, but thought it was only Sunday's! We had a wonderful experience and the food was AWESOME! I had the khao soi and Paul had the garlic pork. We also ordered the kimchi fries... (duh). The food was soooooo good. The khao soi had soft shell crab. We will be back for sure!!!

Noodle Box is a Thai restaurant that hosts local chefs (usually 3rd Saturday of the month). This month Amy Renee presented dishes from her Sicilian background. Each course was better than the last. There was an ample amount of food (some "tasting" menus often leave you hungry). See menu photo for full details. Noodle Box itself is a great Thai restaurant offering his own specialties. He also does a Sunday Drag Dim Sum Brunch. Check out his website, follow him on Facebook to keep aware of specials and tastings. Noodle Box is one of the top 100 (85th) restaurants in the country.

Love this place so much. My old work for Xmas Eve lunch catered by them and I tried them during the food crawl but this was the first time I've been here for sit down lunch. Perapol and his crew are amazing. Love everything I've tried Frm here. The vibe is clean and welcoming. You gotta come by and support this amazing person!

Went out for dinner and our first choice was in disarray so we ended up at Noodle Box. We first heard about it during a Yelp event but missed out that day. It's been on our list ever since. It did not miss. The food was perfect, the ambience perfect, basically everything. I had the Thai Boat Noodles - absolutely fabulous!!! Broth to die for, meat was great and noodles perfect. If you're here to get one thing this is probably it. Wife got fried chicken - also amazing, very simple with amazing flavours. However, watching everyone eat Shabu Shabu was making us jealous. We'll definitely be back for it - reservations required. Everyone is always looking for great noodles and Asian food in Reno. Noodle Box should be at the top of everyone's list!!

Cute, cozy and spacious! Keys to success: Grab a menu and order at the counter. Sit and enjoy the atmosphere that takes you out of Reno, because nowhere else offers this array of goods. The food is delicious and well done, tasty, and portions are thoughtful. Bus your own table. Compliment the staff because they work hard. Guaranteed to enjoy!

Tried the Shabu dinner tonight for date night. What a unique and enjoyable experience. Though a little on the pricey side, it was an enjoyable way to share dinner with my wife. Has to be the best Asian meal in town. Keep in mind, as with all Midtown, parking can be a challenge, being connected to the Discovery Museum helps a little, especially if you go after 5 (except Wednesday, where it's open til 8). Definitely come hungry! Perapol and his team go out of their way to create a warm, vibrant environment with great service and exceptional quality. The ability to tweak your meal at the table, with all-you-can-eat ingredients makes for a fin-tuned meal. Highly recommend the bone broth for your go-to liquid, as the umami just pops. The miso was so-so...needed to add garlic and chili oil to bring it up to snuff. The freshly sliced beef and pork were tender, the assortment of fresh veggies was perfect and choice of noodles makes each pot your own. Your choice to go full carni or veggie. Washed it down with Thai Green Tea, which tastes like a Thai Iced Tea, just green and no milk. Super refreshing. All in all, a great dining experience, will certainly come back for a future group meal. Sorry, no photos...

Yelp hunt for a good hotpot place on a cold January night during a visit to Reno led us here. This place is located next to the Discovery Museum. There is plenty of parking and reservations are a must! The service is fast and friendly! The decor is fun and casual. The hotpot is AYCE so definitely come hungry. You can choose up to 2 broths so got the 24hour bone broth and the ginger chicken. Both were excellent! We ordered pretty much all the ingredients and were stuffed! I forgot to take a picture of the hot pot with all the ingredients because it got devoured quickly. It sure hit the spot on a cold night. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Reno.

Been meaning to check this place out for a while and finally got the chance my last visit to Reno and it was great! The restaurant is spacious and clean, staff were friendly and service was prompt and overall excellent. We started with the chicken potstickers which were cooked well and tasty. Nice balance of flavors and the dipping sauce that accompanied it elevated it nicely. For our entree, my daughter and I both tried the Khao Soi Curry with fried chicken which was yummy and we both enjoyed it. The fried chicken for us was the highlight. Seasoned well and perfectly cooked. The visit overall was a positive experience!! I will definitely be back to try their hot pots and dim sum Sundays!!
